4. Products and Services

LoveInPix offers custom pixel pet portraits and related personalized products made to order from customer-submitted photos.

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and designs as accurately as possible. However, because our portraits are digital artworks rendered on screen before production, colors may appear slightly different between your device and the final printed product due to differences in display settings, materials, and printing conditions.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Custom Orders

All LoveInPix portraits are custom-made based on the photo or photos you provide at checkout.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Because each portrait is personalized and created specifically for your order, slight differences in artistic interpretation, color appearance, and final presentation may occur.

Production usually begins within 1–2 business days after an order is placed. Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Because custom portraits are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a submitted photo choice. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Order Accuracy

Please review your selected options, uploaded photo, shipping address, email address, and all order details carefully before placing your order.

LoveInPix is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by the customer at checkout, including errors in shipping addresses or uploaded images.

7. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for general guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless explicitly stated otherwise.

LoveInPix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Customer Photos and Submitted Content

When you submit a photo or other content to LoveInPix for a custom portrait, you grant us permission to use that content solely for the purpose of creating, fulfilling, and supporting your order.

We do not claim ownership of your submitted photos. However, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to provide any image submitted to us.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites over which we neither monitor nor have any control.

We provide such access “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or external websites.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
