Tracking Help
I haven’t received a tracking number yet.
Tracking details are usually sent after your order has finished production and has been shipped. If your order was placed recently, it may still be in the production stage.
My order says “Delivered,” but it’s not here.
Please check around your delivery location, with household members, or with your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact LoveInPix and we will help review the delivery issue.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package has been scanned by the carrier. If your tracking has not changed for several business days, please contact support for help.
How do I know if my order is still in production?
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email or tracking link, your custom order may still be in production. Personalized orders require time before shipment.
