Personalized Order Policy
Most LoveInPix products are custom-made from customer-submitted pet photos. Because of this personalized process, returns or refunds for non-quality-related reasons may be limited once production has begun. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact LoveInPix as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may only be approved before production has started. Once a personalized order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact LoveInPix and include your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

All LoveInPix portraits are custom-made from the pet photo and order details you provide. Because each piece is personalized and made specifically for you, our refund and return policy is different from standard retail products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, or before our artists have started working on your artwork, whichever comes first.
Once your artwork preview has been started or your order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at loveinpix.official@gmail.com with your order number.
Artwork Preview & Approval
Every LoveInPix custom portrait includes a free artwork preview before production. We create your preview based on the photo, product options, and order details you submit.
You can request edits to your artwork preview before production. Your final product will be made after the artwork is approved.
Once the preview has been approved and the order has entered production, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or style choices that match the approved artwork and submitted order details.
Unlimited Edits
We offer unlimited edits to help make your artwork feel right before production.
Unlimited edits apply to reasonable adjustments based on the original uploaded photo and selected product style. This may include small changes to details, colors, positioning, or artwork refinement.
Major changes, such as using a different pet photo, changing the product type, changing the selected style, or requesting a completely new design direction, may not be included as part of unlimited edits. If you are unsure which photo or product style to choose, please contact us before ordering.
Photo Quality
The quality of your final artwork depends on the photo you upload. Clear, well-lit photos with visible eyes, face shape, fur markings, and natural expression work best.
If the uploaded photo is blurry, dark, low resolution, heavily filtered, cropped, or does not clearly show your pet, the final artwork may be affected. We will do our best to create a beautiful portrait, but we cannot guarantee the same level of detail from a low-quality photo.
Returns
Because LoveInPix products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with a custom choice that matches the order submitted and approved artwork.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains an error on our side, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production issue caused by LoveInPix, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at loveinpix.official@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, remake, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take additional time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
Because each LoveInPix portrait is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind requests, style preferences, wrong size selection, or product options selected by the customer after production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains an error caused by LoveInPix, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will help arrange an appropriate solution.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect custom products, we generally do not require you to return the item before we review the issue. Please contact us first with photos and order details so we can assess the best solution.
If a return is required in a specific case, we will provide instructions by email.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:
- Custom-made products after artwork approval and production
- Gift cards
- Digital previews or design work that has already been created
- Sale or promotional items, unless defective or incorrect
